CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I, the personal data subject whose information is provided in my account, registration form or another INMII interface, freely and knowingly consent to the collection and processing of my personal data by INMII LLP (ТОО «INMII»), BIN 260740025815, on the following terms.

1. Data categories

Depending on the function used, consent may cover: first name/full name, email, phone number, account ID, organisation and job details, property information, Project files and images, dimensions and markings, messages and prompts, AI outputs, requests, consent records, payment status, technical data and other information I voluntarily provide or which is necessary for the service. The complete categories and purposes are described in the INMII Privacy Policy.

2. Purposes of processing

• registration and account maintenance;
• providing INMII functions;
• processing plans, images, design projects and other files;
• AI analysis, generation, layouts, furniture placement and item lists;
• creating, saving and protecting Projects;
• providing DESIGNER subscription functions;
• processing payments and granting paid access;
• handling requests and Supplier offers;
• support, security and anti-fraud;
• performing the contract and legal obligations.

3. Actions involving data

I authorise collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, automated processing, transfers in the specified cases, anonymisation, blocking and deletion of data to the extent needed for these purposes and permitted by law.

4. Main infrastructure

I have been informed that INMII's main infrastructure and databases are hosted in Yandex Cloud in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the kz1-a server availability zone; backups of the main infrastructure are also hosted in Kazakhstan.

5. AI providers and cross-border processing

5.1. I have been informed that INMII uses OpenRouter, through which Google (Gemini) and Alibaba (Qwen) models run, for certain AI functions.

5.2. To perform a requested AI operation, the relevant technology provider may receive the part of my files, images, text and Project parameters required for that operation.

5.3. I understand that some AI operations may involve cross-border data transfers. Registration consent does not replace separate confirmation before such a function. INMII discloses the known direct recipient (OpenRouter — United States), the selected route and known processing geography; the ultimate model operator may be in another jurisdiction.

5.4. Separate consent to cross-border AI processing is obtained before the relevant feature is enabled using a distinct, unchecked-by-default checkbox linking to current disclosure of recipients and purposes. Refusal may make that AI feature unavailable but does not by itself affect other available functions.

6. Suppliers and direct contact details

6.1. This general consent does not authorise automatic disclosure of my phone number, email or WhatsApp to all Suppliers.

6.2. INMII obtains a separate, understandable confirmation identifying the recipient and purpose before sharing direct contact details with a particular Supplier.

6.3. INMII records that separate confirmation.

7. AI training

This Consent does not constitute consent to separate training of INMII's or third-party AI models on my original plans, photographs and design projects. Such use requires a separate transparent legal basis and, where required, separate consent.

8. Marketing

This Consent does not automatically authorise advertising communications. Marketing consent is separate and optional.

9. Duration and retention

9.1. Consent applies while I use the service and thereafter for the period necessary for the relevant purpose and contractual/legal obligations, or until withdrawal to the extent processing is based solely on consent.

9.2. Project materials are kept while the account exists and are deleted at my request or in cases provided by law. Other periods and lawful exceptions are set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Withdrawal and rights

10.1. I may contact INMII to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent and exercise other rights under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

10.2. Withdrawal does not render earlier processing unlawful and does not require deletion of information that INMII must or may retain on another lawful basis.

10.3. Withdrawal and other requests: support@inmii.io. Where an account-settings control is available, requests can also be sent through it. Until that feature exists, email is the operative channel.

11. Electronic confirmation

11.1. Consent is given following a separate confirming action in the interface, such as ticking a checkbox and clicking the registration/continue button.

11.2. INMII may retain evidence of consent: subject/account ID, text and version of consent, date/time, language, confirmation method and necessary technical details.

11.3. This consent is intended for users aged 18 and over; both consent and withdrawal are logged as separate events.

11.4. Optional, separate checkboxes are used for marketing and cross-border AI processing where relevant; disclosure of contact details to a named Supplier requires a separate action for the particular Request.

Recommended interface wording

Mandatory checkbox (shown in Russian in the interface): «Даю согласие ТОО «INMII» на обработку персональных данных и ознакомлен(а) с Политикой конфиденциальности» — “I give INMII LLP (ТОО «INMII») consent to process my personal data and have read the Privacy Policy”; the words about consent to process personal data link to this document and “Privacy Policy” to the Policy.

Separate optional marketing checkbox: «Присылать новости и акции» — “Send me news and offers.” The checkbox must not be preselected.

Separate optional checkbox before the first AI function: «Разрешаю ТОО «INMII» передавать мои файлы AI-партнёрам за рубежом (кому и зачем)» — “I allow INMII LLP (ТОО «INMII») to transfer my files to AI partners abroad (who and why)”; “who and why” links to Section 7 of the Privacy Policy. The checkbox must not be preselected.
